Rev. Isaac Ngai
Chinese Congregation

Pastor Joseph Feun (a.k.a. "PJ") has been the Pastor of CCBC's English Congregation since 2000.  Joe graduated a bio major, with pre-med studies from Wayne State University, and received his Masters of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Among his duties, Joe preaches regularly, is Chairperson of the Missions Committee, and provides valuable counsel to individuals.  As Pastor, Joe also sets the vision for CCBC through God's calling.  He also leads the Adult Education program, which most recently examined the topic of "Christian Ethics".

Though originally from Detroit, Joe ultimately found & married his lovely wife here in New York City.  Joe is a passionate movie-watcher, and enjoys playing tennis & guitar.

Fun Fact: Joe once almost skiied off a cliff because he was so captivated by the God-created nature of Lake Tahoe.  (Don't worry he's ok now)

Pastor Isaac has been Pastor of CCBC's Chinese Congregation since 1992.  Isaac graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a B.A. in Social Work, and received his Masters of Divinity (M.Div) from Alliance Theological Seminary.  Before becoming Pastor, Isaac was a social worker in Hong Kong.

Isaac focuses his time on casting a vision for CCBC, preaching, teaching.  He enjoys teaching the Thursday-night Bible Study for college & post-college individuals, which is currently exploring the book of Nehemiah from a leadership perspective.  Isaac is also passionate about joining efforts with other local churches in outreach, through activities like the annual Grand Street Park festival.

When his busy schedule allows, Isaac loves challenging people at Scrabble.  He also enjoys reading and would recommend books by Henri Nouwen.

Pastor Isaac is happily married to wife Vivien, and a proud father of 3.  Vivien is a guidance counselor with the NYC Dept. of Ed., and is currently working at the Bronx H.S. of Science.  Isaac and Vivien have both been trusted mentors and advisors to many people.

Fun Fact:  Everyone's always surprised that his eldest son is already 17 and headed for college.  He also has a 13 yr-old son and 7 yr-old daughter.
